Mr. Om Prakash Tripathi

Managing Director

Mr. Om Prakash serves as the Managing Director of KSR Engineers, bringing with him over four decades of rich experience in the textile and gas industries. A highly respected first-generation entrepreneur, he comes from a distinguished political family with a prominent presence in both domestic and international business arenas.
Throughout his career, Mr. Om Prakash has played a pivotal role in leading and expanding the company’s business portfolio, with successful ventures in textiles, mechanical machinery, and industrial consumer appliances. Under his visionary leadership, KSR Engineers has emerged as a trusted and innovative name in the automotive and textile sectors, recognized for its commitment to operational excellence and customer-centric solutions.
Prior to establishing KSR Engineers, Mr. Om Prakash was actively engaged in mechanical engineering and applied research at Meza Limited, where he made significant contributions to technological advancement and process optimization in industrial operations.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the esteemed Indian Institute of Management (IIM), India, and continues to guide the company’s strategic direction with vision, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to quality and innovation.

Mr. Rajeev Tripathi

Chief Executive Officer

Rajeev is the Chief Executive Officer of KSR Engineers, bringing over 12 years of dynamic leadership experience within the industrial equipment sector. His journey at KSR reflects a blend of strategic foresight, technical expertise, and a relentless focus on customer-centric innovation.
A graduate in B.Tech from the National Institute of Technology (NIT, 2008), Rajeev began his career at KSR with a hands-on role across sales strategy and technical compliance. His early contributions were pivotal in driving operational efficiencies and expanding KSR’s offerings in pneumatic tools, material handling, and fluid solutions.
In 2011, Rajeev earned his MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, further sharpening his strategic and business acumen. Upon rejoining KSR in 2012, he led the marketing division from the company’s Faridabad office, where he spearheaded brand-building initiatives and elevated KSR’s digital presence—all while anchoring the brand’s identity in technical credibility and customer trust.
Rajeev has consistently aligned marketing strategies with broader business goals, playing a key role in expanding KSR’s aftermarket and sales capabilities. His process-driven approach helped position the company for long-term growth in the domestic market.
A significant turning point came in 2013, when Rajeev led collaborative efforts with Gardner Denver and CompAir (USA) to stabilize operations and deepen KSR’s market presence in North India. His leadership facilitated strong partnerships between global and domestic teams, leading to measurable gains in market share.
In 2023, under Rajeev’s stewardship, when KSR signed a landmark strategic brand partnership with FS-Curtis Compressors—a Global leader in industrial air compressors, Clecoo, Summits, and Servokon—further solidifying the company’s standing as a key player in the compressed air, Air treatment devices, Pneumatic Tools, Oxygen & Nitrogen Generators, Aluminium Compressed and Gas pipelines solutions space-solidifying KSR’s position as a key player in the compressed air industry.
Rajeev’s leadership is marked by his ability to bridge global innovation with local market needs. With a foundation in technical excellence and a vision for sustainable growth, he continues to guide KSR Engineers in shaping the future of industrial solutions in India.
